Sigi Hill

As a business administrator and marketing strategist, Sigi has been an entrepreneur and business consultant for over three decades, specializing in proprietary services in both the US and International markets.

As the Chief Operating Officer of a family-owned residential general-contracting firm in recent years, Sigi has dedicated herself to leveraging her leadership and organizational skills to effectively reduce the federal income tax liabilities of commercial building owners and investors. She utilizes our engineering-based cost segregation studies, the 179D deduction, and R&D credits to achieve this goal. 

In her personal time, Sigi enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, interior design, and sharing her husband’s passion for antique cars.
