Subsequently, he transitioned to the private sector, where he has accumulated over thirty-three years of experience as a Managing Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, and Chief Financial Officer for family office real estate investment companies. Additionally, he has leveraged thirteen years of experience managing cell tower ground leases as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. As an EVP of Sales for CSSX, Richard’s primary focus is on providing CPAs with precise IRS defined engineering-based cost segregation study results, 179D, and R&D tax credits enabling their clients to optimize savings and enhance cash flow.
