For more than twenty years, President and CEO Lee Shreve has provided consulting services across a broad range of industries. In addition to his work with various businesses, he has formed partnerships with tax advisors, financial planners, and commercial brokers. Through these collaborations, Lee shares his extensive expertise, offering valuable guidance and insights to support their professional growth and success. Shreve plays a key role in enhancing the knowledge of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and enrolled agents by teaching essential Cost Segregation courses. These courses are designed for continuing education and deliver important insights as well as practical achievements to CSSXs clientele, helping them stay at the forefront of their field.

A native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Shreve is actively involved in supporting local arts and cultural organizations alongside his wife, Paula. Beyond his professional and philanthropic efforts, he pursues creative interests in film, photography, and professional drone piloting, demonstrating a commitment to both his community and personal passions.
